This semi feral cat we named ‘Magnus’ for his bravery and strength.
Attacked by a dog,the injuries were severe on his neck, extremely infected and full of maggots. It’s unbelievable he’s alive. Most attacks come from the misery on the streets, not enough food and attacks because of their fight for survival. It happens alot, the constant hunt for food and scraps to stay alive.
When I was notified about this boy,I was told in mixed messages he was torn apart, then dead.I had no proof,no videos or pictures of his body. I begged them to continue to try and find him. Finally, after 48 hours, they caught him alive, and we rushed him to the hospital Bolluca.
The Dr’s performed emergency surgery.
Thank God we didn’t give up! Now Magnus is in special care recovering. We still have a way to go, but we’re on the right path.
Magnus will come to Olmsteads H.O.P.E once he’s ready and never have to fight for life again. His belly will always be full and a warm bed waiting for him.
