A call came in from our special angel in Istanbul health club.
Moe explained,a family of cats that had always been on-site and loved and cared for were under threat of being taken away and dumped!
The few cats had multiplied because they did not sterilise and take responsibility for them.
The solution to some sick minded individuals was to dump them in a bag and throw them away!! This is an ongoing sickness here! Get rid,
abandon,dump or kill them.There is no way we could take more but absolutely not stand by and be part of their sick plan to get rid of them!
Finally within a few hours of pulling everything together to pick up and deliver to our Bolluca hospital six bundles arrived.All big eyed and terrified after their ordeal.One pregnant sick mumma,five young cats,no more than six months old.
All had parasites and herpevirus,mumma lost her babies due to her health.
They all had treatment at the cost from our angel Moe who rescued them.
After two weeks they were ready to join our family at Olmsteads H.o.p.e.
They are thriving,
absolutely gorgeous,
cheeky,funny,healthy and we couldn’t imagine life without them.
