Many of our young arrivals came from the village area. The place is insane with many unsterilised cats creating the same cycle of reproduction and suffering! We had some arrive in a box, Tiffany and Chyna. I was told take them or they’ll be dumped somewhere.
Both from the farm up the road where the people are barbarians with no compassion apart from maybe one.
A few others, Toffee and Hana, arrived by themselves,
one from outside the supermarket crying for food! It’s endless, and the people never learn or want to understand this misery.
Each new arrival must be hospitalized to receive a full check up, parasite treatment, and many arrive sick,
underweight and in need of a hospital stay before they can come into Olmsteads H.O.P.E. We never have enough, ever! We carry on, and this life-saving work must start with the TNR.
We constantly try and do bulk fixing once they’re old and well enough.
Adoptions are available to the right person. Our babies are just the best and so wise in their young years from starting out on the streets, so young trying to stay alive!
Any adoptions will be check, referenced and we always follow up on them.
